and usually Garbearfitness would contract a 1-off program for such.
Now Garbear fitness will be moving to month to month coaching to remain even more involved in our online clients lives as needed for personal training and diet construction.
pricing for this and breakdowns will also be listed so clients and new clients alike can purchase/adjust the current things they need simply thru the website!
this change was made in decision to make everything more accessible to everyone online right away, and also to disclose the amazing specs we offer in order to get your body in ULTIMATE shape, both aesthetically and functionally.
