Garbear Consultations are initial meetings with the brand owner, manager or other coaches that will consist of going over your current goals and what you need to achieve them. 

Sometimes people want coaching, and sometimes people simply want new direction to train themselves. Our consultations are open to all. 

With over 10 years in the fitness industry and over 5 years of business, Garbear Fitness will make sure to get you on track and keep you on track to success. Whether your current workout program needs to be adjusted, refined, or a diet change needs to be incorporated ASAP, we guarantee a solution for you.
